Northern Advanced Contracting for all your electrical, heating and plumbing needs. This company is a family owned business, (Taylor is also our son-in-law). Brothers, Scotty and Taylor Rhode, teamed together to better serve customers with their expertise.
Scotty has acquired almost every certificate in the heating and cooling industry. He brings plenty of experience to the table, including Medical Gas installation and Backflow Preventer-testing and repair. Previously, Scotty worked with Plumber/Pipefitters/HVAC Local 85 in Saginaw for five years and other local Plumbing businesses for another five.
Taylor earned Master Electrician in 2018. Before owning his own business, he was employed with Valley Electric for two years(temperature controls) and was a member of IEW Local 692 for eight years. He is currently working on other certificates including Generator Service and Installation.

K.C. Painting is not only family (sister-in-law), but is also located in the Mid-Michigan area. Although it is a small company, they love big jobs and specialize in both Commercial and Residential jobs. They serve a broad area from Detroit, to Grayling, to Ludington, and to Tawas.
